Qualifications:
Our client which is the world’s most international tobacco group is seeking for a PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST
Min. high school degree
Good command of English
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Having an experience in a similar position is an asset
Presentable and dynamic
Job Details:
Responsible for answering and directing incoming calls,making necessary outbound calls
Responsible for greeting the guests and manage guest relations
Arrange appropriate travel and accomodation procedures
*The person recruited will be working in week days from 13.30 to 19.00
