The Person,
* 3rd or 4th year or MBA student at a reputable university in Turkey or abroad
* Able to work 3--5 days a week
* Willing to have a career in Executive Search or Consultancy
* Self motivated with good communication skills
* Believes in team work and is a constructive participant
* Self-starter
* Able to think creatively, open to ideas as well as sharing them
* Hard working, dynamic and positive personality
* Excellent command of English
* Excellent command of MS Office applications
The intern will be responsible for,
* Assisting the Associates and the Consultants on candidate identification and database search
* Arranging interviews, making candidate calls on updates and arrangements
* Assisting on filing of the CVs and on their entries to the database
* Assisting the teams with industry and market research
* Giving support on media and web based research
