Position: Business Development Intern
Compensation: Based on Commission
Role: The business Development intern will be part of the Business Development team. The main role is working on growing English Affairs business by prospecting and signing new contracts. The intern will be also responsible for managing the relationship with the customer and coordinate the learning plan with the learning manager and the sourcing process with the human resources manager.
Key Deliverables:
• Attend at least 6 networking events
• Sign at least 8 contracts
• Contribute in the streamlining the business development process
Responsibilities:
• Manage the relationship with customers
• Ensure customers satisfaction
• Drive sales activities
• Sales and revenue target realization
• Attend networking events
• Contribute with advertisement and PR strategies
• Collaborate in the design of a marketing plan
• Manage phone calls, calendars and schedule meetings
• Research prospective targets
